NEW ALBUM: ‘MYTH OF MANKIND’

Aexylium is proud to present their third album titled ‘Myth of Mankind’, ready to be released.

Myth of Mankind represents the band’s maturity and evolution, as they explore new musical horizons with heavy riffs, epic orchestrations, and stunning vocal lines performed by the versatile new singer, Sam, alongside the talented Arianna Bellinaso. Flute and violin bring beautiful melodic lines, one of the band’s signature trademarks.

The album was recorded by Davide Tavecchia at Twilight Studio, and the artwork was created by the incredibly talented artist Gustavo Sazes, who has collaborated with some of the most famous bands on the international scene (Arch Enemy, James Labrie, Machine Head, Amaranthe, Epica, Manowar, Exodus, etc.)

BIOGRAPHY

Aexylium was formed in Varese (Italy) in 2014, and the band consists of nine members.

Aexylium has performed at many renowned European festivals, such as Dong Open Air (GER), Tanzt! (GER), Mead & Greed (GER), Montelago Celtic Festival, Malpaga Folk & Metal, Druidia, and more.
During these events, Aexylium shared the stage with numerous bands like Blind Guardian, Elvenking, Wind Rose, Tyr, Vision Divine, Furor Gallico, Temperance, and others.
The debut album, Tales From This Land (2018), was released through Underground Symphony Records. It was recorded at Twilight Studio by Davide Tavecchia and mastered by Simone Mularoni (Elvenking, DGM, Secret Sphere).

In 2021, Aexylium signed a deal with Rockshots Records for the new album titled The Fifth Season, recorded at Twilight Studio, with artwork created by Jan Yrlund of Darkgrove Design (Testament, Manowar, Korpiklaani).
So far, the band has released six music videos as singles.

In February 2022, two brilliant musicians joined the band: Alberto Mezzanotte (ex Frozen Crown) and frontman Sam Biganzoli.
Aexylium’s partners include Solar Guitars, Footblaster, Liuteria Cocopelli, and Firebird Strumenti Musicali.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Aexylium played several times in Germany: Dong Open Air, TANZT! , Mead & Greed, Winds & Woods Meet Metal, sharing the stage with huge bands like Blind Guardian, Wind Rose, etc.

In 2018 Aexylium were chosen as finalists of the European Celtic Contest of Montelago, a festival with +25,000 participants
